ABOUT THE PROJECT
Kaelyn McConnell is a naive young woman with small-town prospects and a larger-than-life obsession with professional wrestling. When Kaelyn is unexpectedly recruited into the Bernardi and Sons’ Female Pro-Wrestling Federation of Atlantic City: Casino Division, she embarks on a hard-hitting journey of sisterhood, betrayal, and transformation into “Choke McConnell”—the most brutal and notorious heel to enter the squared circle. Imagine: Waitress meets Rock of Ages meets live WWE-style matches and ringside entertainment.

MUSICAL LANGUAGE
An original two-act musical featuring 11 named characters plus ensemble, intended for a commercial audience. The score draws from a wide range of 1980s–1990s styles, including pop, disco, Eurobeat, rock, and heavy metal — reflecting the excess, spectacle, and brutality of the wrestling world.
